Galateca is an art and design gallery, a lively and modern space, situated in the city center,
in the historic building of University Library, across the National Art Museum.
It’s the first gallery for applied arts, a constantly evolving project, in which art comes under all its forms.
This modern, versatile space, designed by the Romanian architect Radu Teaca, is suitable for applied art and sculpture
exhibitions, for photography and multimedia, but can be easily transformed in a theater, dance or concert hall.
The logistical and technical facilities include: car access, 70 to 200 people capacity, video projector, projection screen, microphones,
iPads, laptop, sound system, security system, adjustable light spots, lights and panels architecture.
